Adventure Recreation These groups include activities such as surfing, bike riding, bush walking & canoeing.
Social Recreation Get involved with these groups that focus on social connections. These include enjoyable activities such as gardening, environmental programs & social groups.
Health & Wellbeing Join us for gym & swim programs, walking & exercise groups and other programs which help people access healthy activities within their community.
Life Skills Develop your independence through these skill building programs. Groups will focus on cooking, shopping, money handling, travel training etc.

Changing Tracks coordinates Weekends Away and Mid-Week Holidays for small groups. Destinations may be within Victoria or interstate.
These holidays can also offer interesting and creative Respite opportunities for people, providing a break for families and carers.
We host a wide range of trips during the year so there’s guaranteed to be something for everyone. We promote our holidays well in advance so there’s plenty of time to plan, book your place and join the fun!

During the year, Changing Tracks keeps an eye on events happening in and around our community so we can get groups together to attend. It’s a great way to meet new friends, try new things and have fun.
Activities can include sports events, festivals, cultural events, trips outside the Barwon region and a wide range of adventure and leisure recreation opportunities.
