About Us.
Our Story at Changing Tracks
At Changing Tracks Disability Support Service, we create opportunities for people with disability to connect, explore, and thrive – alongside their family, friends, and carers.
Changing Tracks was created from a desire to do things differently – combining our interests and experience to build a service that puts people first. We’re passionate about helping individuals connect with their local community, discover new opportunities, and explore fresh horizons. That’s how the name Changing Tracks came to be.
We believe the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) has unlocked exciting opportunities for people with disability. With flexible and tailored supports, services are designed to meet each person’s unique goals, preferences, and needs. From adventure and recreational activities to skill and independence development, as well as community engagement, our programs are personalised to help every individual thrive.
Based in Geelong, Changing Tracks provides group-based support services for adults and school leavers transitioning to adult services. Our programs are designed to be flexible, responsive, and centred on the aspirations of each participant.
Changing Tracks is proud to be a registered NDIS provider and to meet the quality and safeguarding standards set by the NDIS Commission.
