Who We Are?
Changing Tracks is a well-established, well-regarded, and trusted disability service provider located in Newtown. We offer two key streams of support – Community Programs and Residential Services.
Community Programs. Our group-based programs focus on adventure, recreation, outdoor experiences, and health & wellbeing activities that encourage people to stay active and connect with nature. We also provide respite options through supported holidays and fun weekend activities.
Residential Services. In the Geelong region, we provide supported accommodation through Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Individualised Living Options (ILO) homes, designed to promote independence, comfort, and community living. We currently support residents who are thriving as they live confidently in their own homes, and we welcome enquiries from people interested in joining our residential community.
Registered and Accredited NDIS Provider
Changing Tracks is a registered NDIS provider, having completed a rigorous accreditation process to ensure full compliance with the standards set by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. We undergo regular external audits to maintain our high standards of quality and safety. In addition, we hold Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance to protect all participants, staff, and everyone involved in our programs.
